FcεRI Effector Reporter Cell
I. Background | |
IgE由兩條重鏈(ε鏈)和兩條輕鏈組成,F(xiàn)c段含高親和力受體(FcεRI)結(jié)合位點(diǎn),半衰期僅2-3天(IgG為21天)。作為免疫系統(tǒng)的“哨兵",IgE既可結(jié)合寄生蟲(chóng)表面抗原,激活嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞釋放毒性顆粒(如主要堿性蛋白),通過(guò)ADCC(抗體依賴(lài)細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞毒性)清除寄生蟲(chóng)(如血吸蟲(chóng)、鉤蟲(chóng));也能因過(guò)度反應(yīng)引發(fā)致命過(guò)敏;IgE還可靶向腫瘤抗原(如HER2),激活巨噬細(xì)胞ADCC效應(yīng);并且最近有研究指出,腦膜肥大細(xì)胞通過(guò)IgE-MRGPRX2可加劇阿爾茨海默病病理。 | |
